to explore a process of transformative writing, performance healing,
connective awareness, stage presence, public speaking,
somatic engagement, emotional translation, vocalization, etc. etc. etc.

An interactive, full bodied, exploration of expression
A cocreative circle of support and inquiry
Practicing a variety of exercises and techniques
to encourage a full spectrum of catharsis
A safe space
For the beauty
and the baddie inside you
Breakdowns and Breakthroughs
BYO: Notebook, Pen, Seat Cushion, Water bottle, Snacks
Open Heart to Stretch, Presence for the Process,
Willingness to Creatively Explore and Share, Patience for others
Dress comfortably for movement
and cushion/backjack seating on the ground.
Bring extra squish if you prefer.
Please arrive on time for
the Workshop at 4pm - 5:45pm
Lofi/Unplugged All Arts Open Mic will be 6-8pm
