She has spent the past three years studying Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda, with a focus on herbs, nourishment, meditation, and holistic lifestyle practices. She sees client at the college as a clinical student practioner. Inaya also works locally at Remedy Garden and Soulspace, where she supports community. Her love of tea began four years ago after stumbling into a teahouse in Telluride, where she purchased her first tea cake and began a daily tea practice that continues to this day.
