We will kick off the day with a panel of speakers discussing how Psychedelic Art and Culture is a movement of historical significance.

If this day couldn’t get any better, we’re shutting down at The Chambers Project at 9pm and moving the party to the Bodhi Hive! Where we’re cohosting the first annual Bicycle Day Nevada County event!
We’ve got a HUGE lineup of musical guests, live painting, vendors, food, drinks, the whole Bicycle Day shebang!!

Jeffrey is the CEO of Vitalist Project and the Executive Director of the Alphabiotic Training Academy. He has offered transformational services for over 20 years

Chelsea is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Zendo Project, a nonprofit organization that provides professional education and services for psychedelic harm reduction. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles Honors College with a B.A. in psychology in 2007, and received her master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2012. She has a passion for harm reduction as a therapeutic and practical approach to drug use and abuse prevention. Chelsea has worked with the Zendo Project, providing psychedelic peer support at events around the world, since 2013. Chelsea also manages the reagent drug testing kit program at DanceSafe, a public health organization focused on safety in the night life community. Additionally, she supervises the Crisis Response Team in Nevada County, supporting clients who come into the emergency room in psychiatric crisis. She lives in the Sierra foothills of California with her husband, three children, and their Basenji pup named Mochi.

Laila Murfin is the Event Services Director for Zendo Project and Somatic Psychedelic Therapist. She graduated from The Evergreen State College with a BA in Liberal Arts focused in Consciousness Studies. She received her Masters in Somatic Counseling Psychology with a dual concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy & Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University. During her training, she focused on program management for mental health crisis response and youth outdoor education. She also has experience in wildland fire, disaster response, and forestry.
Laila first joined Zendo Project in 2018 as a volunteer and now, as a full time staff member, she is excited about the possibility of expanding circles of compassionate care into communities across the globe. She believes that empowering people to reduce harm and radically care for one another can contribute to a more sustainable, just, and empathetic world.
In addition to her work with the Zendo Project, Laila has a private practice where she incorporates somatic, developmental, social justice and trauma-informed principles for both individual therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. She lives in Nevada County, CA with her partner, young child, and geriatric cat, and spends her free time in nature and the circus.

MEAR ONE (Kalen Ockerman) has been at the forefront of LA’s graffiti and mural culture for nearly four decades. He is famous for having pioneered the Melrose graffiti art movement in the late 80s and is considered by many to be LA’s most prolific public muralist.

The Gaslamp Killer (William Bensussen), Los Angeles based DJ/Producer, Low End Theorist, and Airplane Mode resident, is not your conventional artist. What separates him from the rest of the herd is his extensive knowledge in library music, psychedelic rock, bass-heavy Instrumental Hip-Hop, Middle-Eastern/Indian rare grooves, Cumbia, and the dirtiest breakbeats on earth.
