Together we will root into grounding practices that restore balance, regulate the body, and awaken joy through both movement and stillness. Through Qigong, Tantra Yoga, breath, ritual, and song, we will weave ourselves back into harmony, closing with a gentle tea ceremony where we share heart-to-heart in community.
