Tour Itinerary
🌿 9:30-Noon Husch Vineyards Tour: Meet in the morning for breakfast snacks and go on a tour to learn about Husch Vineyards founded in 1971, Husch is the oldest winery in the picturesque Anderson Valley. Learn about the sustainability benefits of Husch’s regenerative farming and no-till practices. Learn about the vital work Mendocino County Resource Conservation District is doing to restore salmon habitats through stream restoration projects and on-farm water conservation initiatives.
🌿 Noon-1pm Lunch at Jumbo Win Win or Lemon’s Market
🌿 1pm- 3:00pm Vist Hendy Woods State Park: Experience the majesty of two groves of towering redwoods, some of which reach over 300 feet tall and are more than 1,000 years old. Learn about the work AVLT is doing to create more public access and support restoration and conservation projects in Anderson Valley.
🌿 3:00-5:30pm Northern Council of Land Trust Meeting and Dinner: Hosted at a beautiful home, gather for a council meeting and then relax with us for dinner.
